2x03 Blood During the incidents in Franklin, Pennsylvania, Taber is a 42-year-old man, who after being exposed to LSDM, and receiving subliminal massages, attacks passengers in an elevator in the Franklin Civic Center. The attack was completely uncharacteristic for the man who was known to being very social able. Average height and build, thinning gray hair.

1x20 Tooms Dectective who is present when medical examines Tooms after he has committed self mutilation, staging it to appear that Fox Mulder severely beat him, thereby framing Mulder and stopping any further interventions. The Detective searches Mulder's house, and takes him in for questioning. The Detective is a bearded man, slender build.

TEAGUE, Stephen
1x19 Darkness Falls A friend of Eco-Environmentalist, Doug Spinney, and a victim of the phosphorescent mite attacks in the Olympic National Forests of Northwestern Washington State in 1994. He was one of three other companions. Spinney and Teague were labeled as "Monkey-wrenchers"--militant environmentalists who would sabotage the work of Lumber companies. Two weeks prior to the disappearances, loggers from Schiff-Immergut radioed that Spinney and Teague had gone on a spree, spiking trees and causing mischief. Initially, Teague and Spinney are the prime suspects for Mulder and Scully until proven otherwise. He does not survive that attack by the mites, yet it is witnessed by Doug Spinney. His physical description cannot be determined, yet he appeared to be height / weight proportionate to Doug Spinney.

2x11 Excelsis Dei Mr. Tierman is an orderly during the Worcester, Massachusetts incidents of 1994, at the Excelsis Dei convalescent home. He is one of two orderlies who neglects the residents, and manhandles them out of disrespect. He does not witness the attack on Nurse Charters. Mr. Tiernan is killed while chasing Stan Phillip’s to an upper floor, and towards a window, which he is pushed out by an unseen force to his death below. While Stan Phillips is under suspicion, the old man is believed not to be responsible due to a degenerative hip disease. Light brown hair, dark eyes, average height, bulky, estimated to be in his late 20s.

TOMSON (Detective)
1x04 The Jersey Devil Chief Detective of the Atlantic City Police; he was involved in investigating the deaths of several homeless people in the forests near Atlantic City in 1993. The detective wasn't cooperative with Agents Mulder and Scully during their initial investigation. Tomson was responsible in covering up the origin of the deaths, to avoid damaging Atlantic City tourism and gambling. It is assumed but undetermined, that he was given orders by the city government to not allow the public to be aware of the existence of the family of modern Neanderthals hiding in the forest, thus the origin of the Jersey Devil legend. Tomson is of average height, heavy build and probably in his early sixties.
TOOMS, Eugene Victor

Eugene Victor Tooms was the suspect in the Baltimore serial killing incidents in early and late 1993. He worked for the Baltimore Municipal Animal Control during the time of George Usher and Thomas Werner's murder. He was captured crawling out of an industrial air vent, questioned and released.

Agent Mulder made a connection that was confirmed by retired detective Frank Briggs, that Tooms was involved in the Powhatan Mills Murders of 1933 as well as murders in 1903 and 1963. The first murder occurred at Tooms residence at 66 Exeter Street in 1903, where a nest was discovered as well as collected souvenirs.

Tooms was captured and arrested after attempting to attack Agent Scully in her home. His true age is not known as he probably committed more murders prior to 1903. There is genetic evidence of abnormalities in his skeletal and muscle system, Tooms is a mutant who hibernates every thirty years and needs human livers and bile for sustenance during the hibernation state. After killing his fifth victim, Doctor Aaron Monte in late 1993, Tooms died under an escalator while pursuing Agent Mulder. Fanart by Helene

1x22 Roland A presumably mentally retarded resident at the Heritage Halfway House. She is a very close friend of Roland Fuller's, her interest in him bordering on romantic. Early to mid thirties, long, brunette hair. The cause of her mental retardation is evidently due to anoxia or serious illness at a young age, as she lacks any of the physical features that would indicate her condition is chromosomal. XScribe

TSKANY, Charley
1x18 Shapes Sheriff of the Trego Indian Reservation near Browning, Montana. He tries to keep the police work separate from the native legends and so is skeptical when the murder of Joe Goodensnake is attributed to a mythological manitou. He is at first hostile to FBI presence since federal help has always been slow in coming whenever the Tregoes need it, but he is a professional and allows Mulder and Scully limited access to Goodensnake's body. When Jim Parker, the man who shot Goodensnake, is killed by a mysterious creature, Tskany admits to Mulder that he was hoping the murders would end once Goodensnake's body was cremated. Tskany takes Mulder to Ish, an elder Native American who tells the story of the manitou, and the skeptical sheriff begins to become a believer. When Mulder and Scully are about to be attacked by the most recent manifestation of the manitou, in Lyle Parker, Tskany shows up in time to fire the fatal shot. He is in his 40s, around 6-feet tall, with longish, dark brown hair just beginning to gray, and brown eyes. Bellefleur
TYSON (Deputy)
1x17 Miracle Man Deputy Tyson works with Sheriff Maurice Daniels at the Kenwood County Sheriff Department. He arrests Samuel Hartley on the Sheriff's orders, on suspicion of the murders that have been taking place at the Miracle Ministry. It is Deputy Tyson who first interviews the nurse, Beatrice Salinger, who claims to have seen the recently-deceased Samuel walk out of the morgue. It is also Deputy Tyson who comes to the Sheriff's house to bring him in for questioning about Samuel's mysterious death while in custody. Lizzie

2x11 Excelsis Dei Mr. Upshaw is another orderly involved in the Worcester, Massachusetts incidents in 1994, that involve the Excelsis Dei convalescent home. He is another orderly who neglects the residents and manhandles them out of disrespect with complaints of low pay. He too does not witness that attack on Nurse Charters, and does not witness the attack on Mr. Tiernan. He disappears around the same timeframe, and his body is found by Agent Mulder, in the soil of the mushrooms that Mr. Gung is growing in the basement of the convalescent home. He is killed by one of the spirit entities that formerly resided in the convalescent home. Heavy build, average height, light brown hair, estimated to be in his late 20s.

Vance, Leonard
1x17 Miracle Man
Leonard Vance died in a car accident in the early 1980s, but was reincarnated by Samuel Hartley, a young boy with the ability to perform miracles, the adopted son of Reverend Calvin Hartley. Vance was horribly scarred in the accident, and always wears a hat and dark glasses in public. He is a big, tall man, completely bald, with very pale skin. Following his accident, Vance came to work at Reverend Hartley's Miracle Ministry, where Samuel performs miracles. Vance appears to the crowds as proof of Samuel's ability, and also operates as Hartley's assistant and spokesperson for the Ministry.

Vance seems grateful for his second chance at life, but he is actually angry with Samuel for bringing him back, horribly scarred, and wishes the boy had allowed him to die. In revenge, Vance begins to murder, with the poison cyanogen bromide, the people Samuel tried to heal, in an effort to make Samuel lose his faith. Vance's efforts are successful, but when Samuel dies, his ghostly body appears in Vance's bedroom, accusing him of the murders. Vance commits suicide just as Mulder and Scully arrive to arrest him, having found traces of the poison in Margaret Hohman's body and realising that Vance had recently ordered cyanogen bromide. Just before he dies, Vance rapturously tells Mulder and Scully that Samuel forgave him. Lizzie
